After School Club at Staunton Farm

3.15pm to 4.45pm

Staunton’s after school club provides a safe and serene environment for children to unwind and engage with nature after a long school week. The session is tailored for kids aged 8 to 16 years.

Please be aware that adults will not be permitted to join their child during this activity.

During the 90-minute session, children will have the chance to learn through hands-on experiences, participating in:

• Team-building activities
• Pond dipping
• Bug hunting
• Conservation efforts
• Wildlife surveys
• And much more!

Important Information for Parents and Guardians:

Adults should drop off their child at the Farm Shop, where a member of the education team will be there to greet and supervise them. If adults wish to explore the farm, they must either pay the standard admission fee or show a valid membership card. However, we kindly advise against following the group around the farm during the session, as this may distract the children and disrupt the group. Additionally, please be mindful when taking photos of your child, as there will be other participants present.

You will need to complete an online Terms and Conditions form concerning children's behaviour and bring another form with both the child's and adult's information, which the activity leader will retain.

Children will be escorted back to the Farm Shop and supervised there until their parent arrives for pickup.

Please read the T&C’s:

• Parking Instructions: Please use the main car park. You are entitled to 20 minutes of free parking, which is ample time for drop-offs. If your stay exceeds 20 minutes, kindly enter your vehicle registration into the tablets located in the visitor centre to receive complimentary parking
• Arrival Guidelines: Wait outside the Farm Shop and bring your e-receipt with you (this can be displayed on a device). Ensure you arrive 5 minutes prior to the start of your session
• Activity Preparation: Activities will be held around Staunton Farm. Please ensure your child is dressed appropriately for the weather; warm clothing and waterproofs are recommended. All participants must wear welly boots or suitable walking shoes. No sandals or open-toed shoes are permitted. We do not provide footwear, and wearing inappropriate shoes will result in exclusion from the activity
