- Use the block-by-block technique and one quote that has a positive message for you as the basis for a journal page
- Learn how to use five very simple bookbinding methods
About the course: Be inspired to start an art journal filled with drawings, paintings, thoughts, words, lyrics, photos, magazine cut-outs and ephemera from your life. It can have lots of words, or no words. You can use it to document your life and express your emotions, or you can use it to practice art techniques that interest you.
Benefits of art journaling include helping us to process our thoughts, relax, practice self-care, connect with others, embrace mistakes, experiment and try things out.
Art journaling is creating just for fun. These journals are always unique and personal and hopefully, this course will inspire you and kickstart your own creative journaling habit!
