Beginners Linocut at Minstead Study Centre

Join Aimee Durnell a local artist and printmaker, based in Lymington, for a day course for beginners starting their Linocut journey by exploring colourful designs using multi-plates and reduction technique.

This day course will be a fun day to explore mark making, tool use, design and printing your own artwork.

The course is from 10am to 4pm, all materials are provided.

Each course begins with a demonstration and a chance to practice using the tools creating a sample piece. There will be plenty of printmakers’ books for inspiration but you are welcome to bring along any artefacts such as seedheads or feathers or your own photos for ideas. All materials and refreshments will be provided. Please bring a packed lunch and clothes you are happy to print in.

No refunds are given unless we need to cancel the workshop.
