Beginners Linoprinting Workshop

10.00am to 4.00pm
This workshop is designed for people interested in learning to linoprint with very little to no previous experience.
Aylsa Williams and Mandy Smith are artist printmakers and exhibit regularly in Southampton and beyond with a passion for sharing their linoprinting knowledge.
They will guide you through designing an A5 lino-block which can be based on your own sketches or ideas. Carving and mark making to make the most of your image, and importantly how to ink and print your lino to give the best results. If you have inspiration for your own linoblock (good but not essential) we would love to see them. We will be working on A5 blocks.
All materials are included.
