Session 1 – 1.00pm

Session 2 – 2:30pm

Fort Brockhurst, Gunners Way, Elson, Gosport, Hampshire, PO12 4DS

Gosport has strong links to Folk Music, and in celebration of those GCEP will be hosting a Ceilidh.

A ceilidh (pronounced kay-lee) was traditionally an Irish or Scottish social gathering but these days, most people associate ceilidhs with group dancing, accompanied by lively fiddle driven folk music. A "caller" will call each dance and teach the dances, so there is no need to have prior experience.

This event is family friendly and open to all in the community and will take place inside a marquee inside the Fort. Please wear sensible footwear as surface area's may be uneven.

The Keep will also be open whilst on site, to view our exhibition of work created over the year by the young people of Gosport.

All children under 16 must be accompanied by an adult

Price: £1.00 per person (standard)

Free Concessions (OAP, Children under 5, and students)
