Christmas Craft Workshop Make and Take - Christmas Star

Come and join a fun and sociable Christmas crafting session where you will design your own large hanging star decoration.

We will use paint, paint pens, decoupage, and sundries to craft our very own unique Christmas star decoration. This large, hanging star will brighten up your home this festive period and for years to come. All materials will be provided for you, just bring your imagination and design ideas or copy the examples given. You can paint, draw, use hand lettering – whatever you want to do. You can personalise it for a loved one or for your family.

You will learn the skills and techniques required for your individual project whilst being in a friendly, classroom setting, with likeminded people. No experience needed.

• Select an appropriate design for your project, according to your skill level
• Design your own colour scheme
• Use discernment to select the appropriate materials and techniques to complete your project
• Use craft as a relaxation tool

How will I learn: Discussion, demonstration, and peer support in a friendly classroom environment.

What shall I bring:

• Please bring the £5 fee in cash (payable to the tutor) on the day.
• All materials are provided but if there is something specific you want to use then feel free to do bring it.

If a learner decides to withdraw from a course before a course begins, the following charges should be made:

• 5 working days or more before course starts a full refund will be issued
• No refunds will normally be made if a learner withdraws from a course less than 4 working days before the start of the course

Attendance is expected at each session to ensure that you get the most out of your learning experience and to minimise disruption for other learners. Please advise the venue/tutor of any absence you may have.

You will be contacted by a member of the learning in Libraries team prior to the course. We are unable to process your booking without a phone number.
