'Stir-Fried Spaghetti with Ham and Black Pepper Sauce' (cooking method: Stir-fry)
A special interactive talk and demonstration exploring the cooking techniques and cultural background to Hong Kong cuisine.
Each participant will receive a bag of ingredients at the end of the event to put the learned techniques into practice at home.
The sessions are offered for free to all as part of Hampshire Libraries' use of The South East Strategic Partnership for Migration (SESPM) fund.
