Level 1 Bikeability Training - playground cycling skills

2.15pm to 3.45pm

This course is for participants in Year 3 and above.

The level one Bikeability course is an inclusive cycling session which allows participants to develop their confidence, improve their control and challenge their current skills in a traffic-free environment.

To access the course, participants will need to have basic cycling skills and be able to cycle at least 10 meters without the support of an adult.

If your child is unable to cycle for at least 10 metres without support, please look at our learn to ride courses.

At the end of the course each participant that takes part will receive a certificate and badge.

Additional information

• The activity will take place outside, so please ensure that appropriate clothing is worn
• Each participant will need a fully operational bike with two working brakes and a cycle helmet (we have some available on request)
• Participants must wear a helmet

No refunds are given unless we need to cancel the course.
