It is an instructor led interactive and engaging session that will give the learner skills to be able to respond to everyday first aid emergencies, in the home and in the community. How to recognise and treat a child\/infant having a seizure. Recognise the signs of cardiac arrest. You will learn how to use a defibrillator. You will also learn the treatment and priorities of care for minor injuries, cuts, grazes, splinters.\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003e\u003cstrong\u003eWho is this course for: \u003c\/strong\u003eThis UK Government-funded course is for Hampshire residents aged 19+ with little or no knowledge of first aid. It is ideal for those with personal caring responsibilities, volunteering roles, active community members or anyone looking to boost confidence and employability such as people returning to work.
