This course will provide managers and those involved in recruitment and selection the skills, knowledge and techniques to conduct safe recruitment, selection and induction processes.

By the end of this course you will be able to:

State the difference between a job description and a personal specification
Recall key aspects of safer recruitment
Recognise value based questions for safe recruitment
Select key areas for an effective induction

NOTE FOR HAMPSHIRE SCHOOLS – please be aware that Hampshire schools must pay for training using IBC Internal Trading, so are unable to use this Shop.
