The sessions will explore structured routines to inspiring music from popular and classical genres and the musicals and charts. Sessions will follow safe practice and include a warm up, cool down, stretch, and regular water breaks.\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003e\u003cstrong\u003eWho is this course for: \u003c\/strong\u003eThis course is for learners who want to improve their physical and mental wellbeing, strength and mobility.
