Learners will develop knowledge of ethical materials and how to source and repurpose fabrics from existing textiles. Learners will gain foundational hand sewing skills and learn key repair techniques, enabling them to extend the life of garments or upcycle them for different purposes. Learners will practice the most common type of seams and seam finishes that are used within construction and repair of garments.
