Come and join Nicola Butcher, founder of Mrs B’s Hula Skoola for this fabulous hula hooping workshop outside in the beautiful gardens. Hooping is a fun and playful way to get active, is low-impact and a great brain work out too!

Learn foundational moves like waist and hand hooping, hoop tricks, sequences and more! Suitable for absolute beginners aged 14 – 104 years. The hoops are provided, just wear comfortable clothing (suitable for outside) and bring a bottle of water.
