Join former Catering Manager & chef Terry Lewis for an early spring guided walk identifying edible plants and herbs.
Learn about different plant and tree stories, their nutritional benefits as well as some useful cooking and preserving tips.
A real eye opener to seasonal edible and medicinal plants that can be easily discovered. The guided tour lasts around 1 hour followed by a cream tea in Jermyns House.
Try some samples of the delights we have produced from items harvested from the Gardens.
