This is an online course using Microsoft Teams. Participants will be required to use Microsoft Teams.
This course enables sensitive men to embrace their depth, uncover their true strength, and lead themselves and others with confidence, clarity, and emotional intelligence.
- Identify and describe your top three personal values, beliefs, strengths and true identity.
- Discover your unique personality profile, list 4 highly sensitive person traits and explain one way emotional intelligence can improve relationship skills
- Define what embodying sensitivity and strength means to them and provide at least 2 practical examples of how they apply this in modern society.
- Complete this course with one clear personal goal, outline 2 actionable steps and identify 2 tools you will use to maintain progress with confidence.
Who is this course for: This course, funded by UK government is for Hampshire residents aged 19+ who wish to turn sensitivity into true strength, emotional intelligence and confident leadership.
How you will learn: Each participant will be free to learn at their own pace through a combination of individual learning, self-reflection, group and individual activities all within a supportive and inclusive environment.
How you will be assessed: There will be fun and supportive quizzes and group discussions to aid in the learning on this course
What shall I Bring: Pen and paper only. Any course documentation will be sent via email before the start of the course.
Next Steps: This course will expose learners to a range of self-development concepts and subjects from which they could explore further and deeper according to their interests
This course, funded by Hampshire Achieves, is aimed at Hampshire residents aged 19+. Attendance is expected at each session to ensure that you get the most out of your learning experience and to minimise disruption for other learners. Please advise the venue/tutor of any absence you may have.
