Join us for a comprehensive and engaging day of learning at "Together We Care: Practical Care Skills" designed specifically for those in adult health and social care. This event will feature a series of practical workshops aimed at enhancing your skills and knowledge in key areas of care.

Workshops Include:

• Continence Care: Best practices and techniques for managing continence
• Diabetes Management: Essential skills for supporting individuals with diabetes
• End of Life Care: Compassionate approaches to end-of-life support

In addition to our workshops and interactive sessions, we are excited to have the following guest speakers who will share their expertise and insights.
