Deeper learning. Bigger challenges. Real responsibility. Age 8-12 years (no adults required!)
WildWays Wild Explorers is designed for older children ready to stretch themselves to move beyond play based learning into purposeful outdoor learning.
Sessions focus on bushcraft techniques, ecology, habitat surveying, land stewardship and leadership challenges within our unique landscape at Staunton. Children learn to risk assess and solve problems collaboratively whilst exploring REAL environmental questions.
Each session follows a consistent and predictable rhythm with a welcome briefing, skill development focus, independent or team-based challenge and a reflective close. This structure builds self-regulation, resilience and leadership over time.
Young people gain practical skills, independence and confidence through purposeful, hands-on experiences in nature.
This is where curiosity becomes capability.
Independent. Grounded. Wild at heart.
