Women’s Health and Wellbeing Day

Queen Elizabeth Country Park

Saturday 9th March 2024

9.30am to 3.30pm

Spend the day at Queen Elizabeth Country Park focussing on your health and wellbeing.

In celebration of International Women’s Day (Friday 8 March 2024) and Mother’s Day (Sunday 10 March 2024) we are holding our second Women’s Health and Wellbeing Day on Saturday 9 March 2024.

Book a space for yourself and your mother, aunty, friend or just for you.

The wonderful ladies of Fitstate, Zoe and Emma, are passionate about helping women to juggle busy lives whilst maintaining a healthy, active lifestyle through making the right food choices to managing time to fit in exercise and meditation.

Pick up some handy tips during the nutrition talk as we take a deep dive into understanding energy, macronutrients and nutrition essentials for women, reap the health benefits of a cold-water plunge followed by a gentle stretching session and mindful forest walk and return home after the mini retreat feeling zen from the yoga and meditation session.
