Workouts don’t have to be a chore with Zumba, it’s a fun, social dance party – with exercise being the biggest perk - since it takes place in a group setting, Zumba is by far one of the best ways to get your friends in on your “exercise routine.”
- Improve different elements of your fitness (flexibility, muscular strength, and cardio-vascular fitness)
- Stimulate the heart rate and breathing rate to increase in a way that can be sustained for the exercise session
- Identify how regular fitness can help prevent illness and promote physical and emotional health
Identify how to build your fitness from complete beginner or from injury recovery
Who is this course for? Anyone who would like try Zumba in order to be more active, flexible and more relaxed. Zumba targets lots of different muscle groups and boosts your heart health.
