Adult Skills Community Learning

Hampshire Achieves offers a range of FREE adult skills learning courses for people of all ages and backgrounds, funded by the DfE/DWP. Our courses run in libraries and community venues across the county as well as online.

To be eligible for our funded courses learners must live in
the Hampshire County Council local authority area, be 19 years
of age or older and meet at least one of the below criteria:

  • Without a Full Level 2 qualification
  • In receipt of Income Support / Universal Credit / Employment
    Support Allowance
  • Have a learning difficulty or disability
  • Earn less than £26,800 annual gross salary
  • Currently unemployed and seeking work
  • At risk of / have mental health needs
  • Have refugee status
  • Have been granted leave to remain in the UK under any
    relevant Government scheme
