5 Ways to Wellbeing Mini Retreat

Set in beautiful regency parkland, come and enjoy an introduction to the Woodland Wellbeing way. Take part range of nurturing activities in a relaxed and supportive environment. Based on the principles of "5 ways to Wellbeing" this mini retreat will give you a guiding hand as you start your wellbeing journey.
What Can I expect?
This introductory mini retreat typically lasts for approximately 4 and a half hours, most of which will be spent outside. We will explore making connections, being present and taking notice, learning about food for mood, getting active, and developing gratitude. We will be making our own packed lunch for a picnic in the lovely walled garden (weather permitting).
