Learn to let go… with EFT Tapping

Learn a powerful tool to support you through the ebbs and flows of like. EFT Tapping can help you let go of anything that holds you back, anxiety, depression, fear, anger, sadness, physical pain and more.
- Identify at least 5 key tapping points
- Demonstrate understanding of the procedure of an effective EFT Tapping routine
- Use EFT Tapping to alleviate a current difficulty in your life
- Describe the impact of EFT Tapping for you
- Write and EFT Tapping script for yourself, including creating your own set-up statement
About the course: This course will equip you with a new tool- EFT Tapping, which can assist you in difficult moments. It will enable you to bring calm to the chaos positively reframe challenges and alleviate the difficulties in your life
Who is this course for: Anyone and everyone!
Previous knowledge or experience: None required
How will I learn: Through instruction, demonstration and practical experience
How will I be assessed: No formal assessment
What shall I bring: Notebook or journal (if you have one), something to write with and a drink of water
Next steps: You could continue to research or practice EFT Tapping alone, integrate it with any other therapeutic modalities you use, or work with a qualified practitioner
