This is a free online course using Zoom.
To provide you with basic strategies to build positive relationships with your child and manage your child’s behaviour in a positive way. Suitable from toddlers to age 11.
- Describe what positive parenting is
- Identify how to build a positive relationship with your child
- Teach your child new skills and behaviours
- Describe how to help your child develop self-control
- Apply strategies to manage misbehaviour
- Tailor what you have learnt for your family’s individual situations and circumstances
Who is this course for: Parents/carers who want to learn strategies to manage their child’s behaviour in a positive way while developing a positive relationship with them
Previous knowledge or experience: None required
