Car parking is free and is available in our Coach car park (right-hand side before ANPR barriers)
Set up is from 07.30 and vehicles must be parked in car park by 09.45.
Break down from 16.00, vehicles off site by 17.30.

All traders will need to provide their own equipment for the day, i.e gazebo, 1 table and max 2 chairs per pitch. Gazebo must be free standing and weighted. You will be turned away if you arrive with no weights.

Placement in the site will be confirmed ahead of the event.

Price: £30.00 per market stall

Terms and Conditions

• I/We certify that to the best of my knowledge, the information supplied on the application form is true and accurate
• In completing the application form and making payment, I/we indemnify Staunton Farm and Hampshire County Council and their staff against any claims, payments, costs or losses resulting from any failure on my/our part to comply with the said Terms and Conditions
• Markets are booked in advance with payment required to confirm your place. This payment is non-refundable
• To ensure stall holders are not in competition with each other on the day, unless by mutual agreement, please do not bring along items for sale that have not been agreed beforehand as you may be asked to remove these items from sale
• I/We give permission for my/our exhibitor contact details to be stored on an electronic storage and retrieval system which will be created for the exclusive use of those involved in the organisation of the Spring Local Food Market. It will not be used by any third party without prior consent
• I/we will provide a copy of our current food hygiene certificate with the application, this certificate will be available for inspection during the event if so required by Hampshire County Council, EHO or similar body
• I/We undertake to take out public liability insurance. I/We agree that copies of this documentation will be submitted in advance of the event
• Parking is available in the coach car park for any exhibitor, all set-up vehicles must be removed from the site by 0945 and cannot pack-down until the event finishes at 1600 hours
• Staunton Farm and Hampshire County Council reserves the right to delay, cancel or terminate the market without notice in the event of adverse weather conditions, emergency situations or any other reason beyond our reasonable control
• No refunds or compensation of any sort shall be paid to exhibitors who fail to attend the market or where Staunton Farm have exercised the right to delay, cancel or terminate the market or where an exhibitor has been instructed to cease trading for whatever reason by Staunton Farm/Hampshire County Council
• All exhibitor rubbish remains the sole responsibility of the exhibitor and must be removed from site at the end of the day. It is the exhibitor’s responsibility to ensure their stand is presentable and contains sufficient stock for the duration of the trading period
• We limit the amount of same producer types for obvious reasons. There is a limit to the amount of alcohol-based produce too
