Customer Engagement – Bitesize Learning

The focus of this introductory training is to explore the importance of effective customer engagement.

This short presentation on customer engagement can be used as a workshop for childcare and early education setting leaders and your management /governance to understand the key aspects of customer engagement.

You can use the presentation slides and links to support the development of customer engagement in your setting and to consider how you can review and evaluate systems and processes that you have in place, building in a structure of continual improvement to your business processes.

The aims of this training are:

         What is the purpose of consumer engagement?

         Who are your customers?

         How to get feedback from customers?

Please allow at least 40 mins to complete this eLearning course.  The materials contain a mixture of information, clips and quizzes to support the learning. Please note this training is run through the SfYC Moodle pages and you will therefore require computer and speaker access. You will also need to provide an up-to-date email address to enable access to the e-learning.

Once you have purchased a place on an eLearning, a login will be emailed to you.

Places booked on scheduled face-to-face and virtual courses will be confirmed when we send out joining instructions closer to the start date.
