Development of a Vision statement in childcare provision – Bitesize Learning

The focus of this introductory training is to explore creation of a shared vision.

This short presentation on development of a shared vision can be used as a workshop for childcare and early education setting leaders and your management /governance and the wider team to understand the key aspects of having a clear shared Vision in childcare provision.

You can use the presentation slides and links to support the development of a vision in your setting and to consider how you can review and evaluate systems and processes that you have in place, building in a structure of continual improvement to your business processes.

The aims of this training are:

•         What is the purpose of a shared vision?

•         Developing a vision

•         Embedding the philosophies of vision into your childcare provision 

Please allow at least 2 hours to complete this eLearning course.  The materials contain a mixture of information, clips and quizzes to support the learning. Please note this training is run through the SfYC Moodle pages and you will therefore require computer and speaker access. You will also need to provide an up-to-date email address to enable access to the e-learning.
