Monitoring – Bitesize Learning
The focus of this introductory eLearning training is to explore purpose of effective monitoring in childcare provision.
This short presentation on monitoring can be used as a workshop for childcare and early education setting leaders and your management /governance to understand the key aspects of monitoring.
You can use the presentation slides and links to support the development of effective regular monitoring systems in your setting and to consider how you can review and evaluate systems and processes that you have in place, building in a structure of continual improvement to your business processes.
This training will cover:
• What is the purpose of monitoring?
• What should governors and leaders monitor?
• Processes for effective monitoring schedules
Please allow at least 40 mins to complete this eLearning course. The materials contain a mixture of information, clips and quizzes to support the learning. Please note this training is run through the SfYC Moodle pages and you will therefore require computer and speaker access. You will also need to provide an up-to-date email address to enable access to the e-learning.
Once you have purchased a place on an eLearning, a login will be emailed to you.
