We would like to share an exciting event with you.

On Tuesday 20th and Wednesday 21st October 2026, we will be hosting our annual Early Years Summit, ‘Securing the Best Start in Life’.  Places are limited so please do book soon to avoid disappointment. Delegates have a choice of two dates.

This full-day summit will feature a morning keynote with Dr Aaron Bradbury. Aaron is the Principal Lecturer for Early Childhood at Nottingham Trent University and an influential figure in the early years sector. He is a member of the Coalition for Early Years for the Birth to Five Matters non-statutory EYFS guidance, where he chaired and coauthored the Equalities and Inclusion section alongside sector colleagues.  Aaron also serves as Co-Chair of the Early Childhood Studies Degrees Network and is a published author of literature related to early childhood. In addition to sitting on numerous national early years and childhood groups, he works as a consultant specialising in multiple aspects of early years practice and child development.  Driven by a commitment to elevating the voice of the child, championing nurturing approaches through a diverse lens, and honouring pioneers in the field, Aaron places these values at the heart of his work and advocacy.

The afternoon will offer a choice of ten different workshops. These workshops will be led by our Keynote Speaker, Advisory Team and Speech and Language Team.

From Monday 7th September, you will be able to select a total of two workshops to attend in the afternoon.

During the lunchbreak, you will have the opportunity to peruse the exhibition stands and will have a designated lunch hall to eat and network. Lunch is not included and delegates are advised to bring their own lunches. Refreshments will be provided.
