Safer Recruitment - E-learning course

This new eLearning course has been designed to support staff who are involved in the recruitment process. By the end of the course learner will:

Understand principles of safer recruitment practices
Understand why safer recruitment practices are necessary
Develop a healthy degree of enquiry, rigour and challenge
Be able to implement safer recruitment practices in your setting
This eLearning course will take about 30 minutes to complete and contains a mixture of information, clips and quizzes to support the learning. Please note this training is run through the SfYC Moodle pages and you will therefore require computer and speaker access. You will also need to provide an up to date email address to enable access to the e-learning.

Once you have purchased a place on an eLearning, a login will be emailed to you.

Places booked on scheduled face-to-face and virtual courses will be confirmed when we send out joining instructions closer to the start date.
