Stallholder fee for Artists & Makers Craft Fairs at Royal Victoria Country Park.
*Only to be used when stallholder registration has been approved by event organisers.*

Booking conditions

1. The Artists & Makers Summer Fair will be taking place from 10am – 3.30pm on Saturday 4th July.

2. A stallholder fee of £25 applies. Payment must be made by Friday 19th June, except by prior arrangement with the event organiser. Cancellations after this date will not be refunded. Payment of the stallholder fee confirms an agreement to attend for the full 5 hours of the event. Sharing of stalls is not permitted without the written permission of the event organiser.

3. Set up of stands and displays is from 8.30am and must be completed by 9.45am. Stands can be dismantled from 3.30pm and clear up must be completed by 4.30pm. Please notify the event organiser as soon as possible if you require additional time so arrangements can be made.

4. Stallholders will be provided with a standard 6ft trestle table and 2 chairs. All sales and display materials must be confined to the allotted stall space and must not obstruct or endanger the public or adjacent stalls.

5. Internet access is available free of charge through HCC-Guest wi-fi. You will need to register in advance for 7-day access - details will be issued before the event.

6. Stallholders are responsible for their own merchandise. Royal Victoria Chapel staff and volunteers will be present during the event. Royal Victoria Chapel and Royal Victoria Country Park are not responsible for any loss or damage to your displays or goods.

7. Stallholders will be provided with free parking for up to 2 vehicles for the day of the event. Vehicle registration details received before the event will be added to our ANPR system. Otherwise, a code for free parking to use in our parking payment machines will be provided on the day.

8. Completion of the registration form does not in itself constitute a booking for the event. Applications will be considered to ensure a broad range of artwork and crafts. You will be contacted by email to confirm your booking once your registration form has been considered and we have received a copy of your Public Liability Insurance and risk assessment, if required.
