As part of Only Murders in the Library, the annual series of crime writers talks at Basingstoke Discovery Centre.

Join bestselling author Ben Aaronovitch, creator of the hugely popular Rivers of London series, for an entertaining evening of crime, magic and urban fantasy. A former writer for Doctor Who and television dramas including Casualty, Aaronovitch will discuss his writing journey, the inspiration behind detective wizard Peter Grant, and his enduring love affair with London, the city at the heart of his acclaimed novels.

Event running time is around 40 minutes plus time for a Q&A. Waterstones will be present for book sales and signing before and after the main event.
