Important information

• All children must be accompanied by an adult
• A ticket must be purchased online for every child wishing to participate in the activities and meet Father Christmas
• Please purchase all other tickets for attendees, including adults, children, concessions, and those under 3 years old at our main Visitor reception. Here you will also need to present your e-receipt on the day to receive your wristbands
• It is your responsibility to arrive at the designated meeting point at the start of your scheduled session

T&Cs:

Parking Instructions: Please use the main car park. You will receive free parking. Simply enter your vehicle registration into the tablets in the Visitor Centre upon leaving the farm.

Visiting Hours: You are welcome to spend the entire day at the farm during your Father Christmas booking. We are open from 10:00 to 16:00. Be sure to purchase event tickets for any children attending, as well as additional general admission tickets for other guests through the Visitor Reception. The event itself typically lasts between 60-90 minutes.

Check-In Process: Upon arrival, please check in with our reception team. Remember to bring your e-receipt (which can be displayed on a device). The reception team will provide you with wristbands, a letter from Father Christmas, and confirm the meeting location with your activity leader for your scheduled timeslot.

Dress Code: Activities will be held throughout Staunton Farm, so please dress appropriately for the weather. We recommend wearing warm clothing, waterproofs, and sensible footwear.
Ticket Policy: Please note that this ticket is non-refundable and non-transferable. It is not for resale.

Data Protection: All information collected by Staunton will be stored in compliance with the Data Protection Act and will not be shared with any third parties.
