Club Mistero: a thrilling murder mystery

Waterlooville Library

Saturday 21st November 2026

3.30pm to 4.30pm

As part of Only Murders in the Library, a brand-new series of crime writing author events at Waterlooville Library. Funded by UK Government, as part of our celebrations for The National Year of Reading.

Lose yourself inside CLUB MISTERO, a thrilling murder mystery that combines glitz, glam and suspense. A flighty barman, outspoken diva, secretive showgirl, neglected wife and an owner with eyes on every corner all become suspects when someone, is seemingly, nowhere to be found...clutch your pearls ol’ sport, murder is a foot.

CLUB MISTERO is a true crime inspired original play by SilverStage. A naturalistic murder mystery, sprinkled with a few red herrings, to create a new production that feels like a classic. We encourage audiences to work alongside each revelation to figure out ‘who dunnit’. Set against the backdrop of 1920s America, the language, costume and stage design work together to create a mystery worth solving.....This is truly the cat’s meow!!

“everything great about murder mysteries wrapped in a bloody bow”
