Join us on a “CREWS” journey - our dynamic and interactive 2.5-day programme designed to refresh and elevate your leadership approach. This course will help you align your leadership practices with the CREWS principles, embed person-centred thinking into team culture and drive continuous improvement to motivate and empower your staff.

This training covers the CQC assessment framework, which is made up of 5 key questions. CQC ask if they are: Safe, Caring, Responsive, Effective& Well-led (SCREW).
