Thursday 5th March 2026 - 9.30am to 12.30pm - Face to Face - Eastleigh area

This half day module is aimed at all professionals working in the Early Years, which includes childminders, preschools, nurseries and school reception classes.

The module aims to:

Provide delegates with the knowledge, skills and understanding to plan transitions and implement processes to improve the education and wellbeing of children in the Early Years. To increase delegates knowledge of why transitions can be challenging for children with social communication needs. To develop delegates' understanding of the differences between macro and micro transitions. To identify key considerations when planning Early Years transition support. Use a strengths and interests-based approach when planning for transitions.

All delegates will receive resources, templates, a practical support pack and three parent packs.

Places booked on scheduled face-to-face and virtual courses will be confirmed when we send out joining instructions closer to the start date.
