This course will explore the importance of physical activity for young children’s overall development, the relationship between physical development and other areas of learning as well as factors that can impact upon children’s physical development.

You will take away a wealth of practical ideas for maximising physical activity in your setting and ways in which you can support development of gross and fine motor skills through indoor and outdoor play.
