Early Years Safeguarding - All Staff Safeguarding Training (3hrs) (Webinar) - Thursday 26th March 2026 - 1.00pm

Suitable for staff/assistants working directly with children and families, in an employed or voluntary capacity.

• 3-hour session
• Delivered over MS Teams by an experienced trainer through Hampshire County Council
• Content encompasses an evolving national safeguarding lens and Hampshire safeguarding priorities

Training provided to staff or assistants, must enable them to identify signs of possible abuse and neglect at the earliest opportunity.

This 3-hour course will enable delegates to:  

• Understand what is meant by safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children and young people
• Develop an awareness of the legislative and procedure framework that guides us
• Identify the various ways that children and young people may be harmed
• Clarify the roles and responsibilities of all staff
