Create personalised festive Christmas decorations through engaging and creative origami projects. In this immersive Christmas origami experience, you will explore art of precision folding, creative composition and techniques to create neat crafts. Each participant will leave with a set of finished mixed-media and ready to use decorations and gifts. You can even start your own small creative venture.

Learning Goals:

• Understand the fundamentals of Origami and the creative principles behind festive design.
• Create your own origami Christmas scenes inside transparent baubles.
• Design wooden gift tags with origami motifs and learn how to position and secure origami elements for clean and contemporary finish. 
• Apply colour theory and composition to make each ornament aesthetically balanced.
• Experience the well-being benefits of mindful origami in a calm and inspiring environment.
• Take home your handmade transparent Christmas bauble, wooden gift tag/card and Christmas cheer

Who is this course for: Creative individuals who want to make unique, handcrafted Christmas decorations, anyone looking to having a good time and find mindfulness through art, craft lovers who appreciate elegant, creative and design focused handmade work and individuals seeking a memorable festive experience they can share with family and friends.
Previous knowledge or experience: No previous knowledge is required. If you already know origami, learn how to use models in different and unique ways.
How will I learn: By folding models following tutor’s instructions and support.
How will I be assessed: Tutor observation
