Hampshire DofE Gold Residential - Wellness and Fitness Week

Monday 25th to Friday 29th August 2025

A 5-day wellness and fitness residential for young people doing their Gold Duke of Edinburgh's award, you'll get to experience daily classes focusing on core strength, stamina, alignment and awareness of good posture. Daily classes will include a range of pilates, yoga, relaxation, resistance bands and body weight exercises to strengthen and tone. Each day will involve a daily stretch routine and we will get your legs moving with local sun rise run/walks located in the heart of Hampshire at Stubbington Study Centre.

Closing date for booking is 14th July 2025.

Daily movement class focusing on core strength, mobility and awareness of good posture and breathing
Classes include the use of Pilates moves, resistance band exercises and body weight exercises to strengthen and tone

Daily run/walks to one of the many beautiful sea locations in the local area
Time to relax and get to know other participants

Full price: £350.00

Deposit: £100.00 (and 2x instalments of £125 at later dates).

If the deposit option has been chosen, you will be sent a link to the instalment page for later payments.

Cancellations

If you wish to cancel your place on the residential, please notify Hampshire DofE office as soon as possible.

Cancellations made 12 weeks before the start date of the residential – Hampshire Outdoors will reimburse the participating individual 90% of their payment.

Cancellations made between 12 and 6 weeks of the residential – Hampshire Outdoors will reimburse the participating individual 50% of their payment.

Cancellations made within 6 weeks of the start date of the residential – The participating individual is liable for the full fee; no refund will be available.

Please note: This residential is run on minimum numbers. If they are not reached, a full refund will be issued.

All of the above information is required, so please complete each box or it may cause a delay in successful booking.
