This is for participants who are transferring directly from a licensed centre to the Hampshire County Council Independent provision. If you are in doubt as to whether this applies to you, please email dofe@hants.gov.uk

Registrations will only be processed once we have received the participant’s enrolment form. To complete an enrolment form, please download the document here: Enrolment Form.
