A targeted CPD opportunity for primary ECTs in Hampshire.

This specialist course is open to all Primary Early Career Teachers (1st or 2nd year) working in the West of Hampshire. It is designed to equip ECTs with the knowledge, strategies, and confidence to effectively support children with additional needs in their classrooms. This course offers a unique blend of training, personalised guidance, and peer collaboration - all aimed at helping ECTs develop their practice and foster inclusive classrooms.

Course structure:

• 3-hour whole cohort training - a practical and engaging session focused on inclusive, whole-class strategies to meet a range of additional needs.
• 50-minute coaching session with an Educational Psychologist - each ECT will receive a personalised 1:1 coaching session, tailored to an area of their practice they wish to develop.

3-hour group supervision session - a collaborative forum where ECTs can share good practice, ask questions, and receive further professional support in a safe, reflective environment.
