Food Hygiene - E-learning course

Maximum of 4 items per order, per term.

This Level 2 course teaches the essentials of food safety and is suitable for all workers who handle, prepare and serve food and takes 2-4 hours to complete. The eLearning covers the legal responsibilities of workers within a food environment and comprehensively addresses food safety threats, and the good practice required to minimise them.

The course also includes a free supplement, The Safer Food Group Guide to Early Years Catering; as such, it is useful for Early Years educators and practitioners, nursery workers, childminders, playworkers and preschool teachers and assistants. This guide is written in line with the EYFS framework and is updated to meet the requirements of new versions of the EYFS as they are released.

Who is eligible? All childcare practitioners (including Childminders) who handle and prepare food in their setting/workplace
