Using and Understanding Data – Bitesize Learning

The focus of this introductory eLearning training is to explore using data to support success with your childcare business.

This short presentation on use of data can be used as a workshop for childcare and early education setting leaders and your management /governance to understand the key aspects of using data.

You can use the presentation slides and links to support the development of systems to use various data sources in your setting and to consider how you can review and evaluate systems and processes that you have in place, building in a structure of continual improvement to your business processes.  

The aims of this training are:

•         What is the purpose of data?

•         How leaders can use data in strategic planning

•         Reviewing and analysis

•         Data Management

Please allow at least 40 mins to complete this eLearning course.  The materials contain a mixture of information, clips and quizzes to support the learning. Please note this training is run through the SfYC Moodle pages and you will therefore require computer and speaker access. You will also need to provide an up-to-date email address to enable access to the e-learning.

Once you have purchased a place on an eLearning, a login will be emailed to you.

Places booked on scheduled face-to-face and virtual courses will be confirmed when we send out joining instructions closer to the start date.
