As part of Only Murders in the Library, a crime writing festival at Basingstoke Discovery Centre.
Jim Kelly, the son of a Scotland Yard detective, has written several wartime mysteries set in Cambridge. His latest book 'The Cambridge Siren' is set in 1941 and features a blackout killer on the loose.
Julie Anderson is a CWA Dagger listed author - her latest book 'A Death in the Afternoon' is the second in the Clapham trilogy of mysteries, all set in south London in the 1940s.
Matthew Sweet is a BBC Radio 4 presenter and author, and his first crime novel is a page-turning wartime murder mystery set in a village in the New Forest in 1944.
Event running time is around 40 minutes plus time for a Q&A. Waterstones will be present for book sales and signing before and after the main event.
