A special interactive talk and demonstration exploring the cooking techniques and cultural background to Hong Kong cuisine. 

Presented by Elaine Lo, who was a Food Technology and Nutrition teacher in Hong Kong secondary schools for more than 9 years. She will introduce the different types of cooking methods and some background on the food science involved in the processes.

Each participant will receive a bag of ingredients at the end of the event to put the learned techniques into practice at home.

The sessions are offered for free to all as part of Hampshire Libraries use of funding from the UK Government.
