Join author and TV chef Jeremy Pang welcomes you to a talk and cookery demonstration, celebrating the cuisine of Hong Kong as featured in his TV series and book released in 2025.

Jeremy Pang comes from three generations of Chinese chefs. Over the years, Jeremy’s expertise in the Chinese food industry has continued to gain him recognition, winning both Rising Young Star and Best Specialist Cookery School at the British Cookery School Awards 2015. Since then, his recipes and work have been featured in a wide variety of publications and he has made regular appearances on Channel 4’s Sunday Brunch, Nadiya’s Family Favourites and Ready, Steady, Cook.

He has also hosted his own successful ITV show, Jeremy Pang’s Asian Kitchen and is a regular panellist on BBC Radio 4’s The Kitchen Cabinet. Jeremy’s award-winning specialist cookery school, School of Wok, has a dedicated YouTube following of over 500,000. Jeremy’s recent TV series, Hong Kong Kitchen was a big hit on ITV1, airing in their key Saturday morning slot and now on ITVX.

The sessions are offered for free to all as part of Hampshire Libraries use of funding from the UK Government.
