Life and Lifestyle Change Workshop
Fareham Library
Saturday 26th April 2025
10.00am to 12.30pm
A workshop for people wanting to start setting realistic and achievable goals to move forward in any area of their life, through the sharing of practical techniques to increase confidence, inner strengths and skills.
Attendees will have the opportunity to sign up to a FREE follow-on course through at Fareham Library called Finding your Life Direction in May 2025.
Do you sometimes…?
- Lack focus in one or more areas of your life – career, relationships, health?
- Wish to make a change and not sure where to start?
- Feel your self-confidence is not always rock solid?
- Need to find motivation to take action?
In this taster workshop you will build and reflect on your own ‘Map of Life’ – knowing where to start is often the key to successful change. You will learn how to set realistic objectives that are right for you, start to identify your unique strengths and skills and test out some new strategies to develop a more positive mindset.
This workshop is being led by Alison Allsopp who has over 25 years’ experience as a teacher, senior leader, trainer, coach, and mentor. She brings her experience and skills together as a certified Personal and Professional Development Coach in using the benefits of deeper thinking and reflection as an approach to facilitating, encouraging, and supporting people of all ages to take small steps towards living a more purposeful and happier life. This is an inclusive workshop, welcoming people of all ages and at all stages of life.
Alison will be running a free Finding your Life Direction Course at Fareham Library from 13th - 27th May. More information will be shared with you by Alison at the workshop.
