Managers Development Day

Join us for our annual Managers Development Day, dedicated to equipping managers and deputies with the knowledge, skills and confidence to lead by exploring practical strategies and thought-provoking discussions.

Using a mixture of hands-on activities and reflective learning, the day will focus on wellbeing, empowering leaders to build resilient teams and foster an inclusive workplace culture where everyone feels valued, heard and supported.

Following the success and feedback of our guest speakers in our 2025 Managers Development Day, we are pleased to welcome back CQC and Skills for Care for our 2026 conference. Further information to follow, but you can expect:

- Updates on current practice and reporting

- Gathering evidence and learning from people's lived experience

- Learning and support on building relationships with families

- Adopting a person-centred approach for care and support

Workshops:

Throughout the day, you will have the opportunity to attend three different workshops, gaining valuable insight and practical tools across key leadership areas. Workshops will focus on:
