Members Birthday Party at Staunton Farm

Morning Party 10.00am to 12.15pm or

Afternoon Party 1.45pm to 4.00pm

Included in your Birthday Party Package:

• All day entrance to the farm for up to 15 children AND 15 adults
• 1 hour of themed activities with a party leader
• Use of our decorated party room for 1 hour
• A bag of animal feed for each child
• A birthday card and voucher for the birthday child

Choose your party theme from the following options:

1. FARM - Meet a selection of animals
2. MINIBEAST EXPLORERS - play some minibeast games and meet some real-life creatures
3. FARM RANGERS - up to 8 children, pop on some overalls and experience mucking an animal paddock out and meeting or feeding at least one animal

Include your party theme choice in 'Special instructions for seller' at the shopping basket stage

Party Schedule:

Morning Party 10.00am - 12.15pm - 9.45am Birthday family meet your activity leader outside the Visitor Centre, Take any food, cakes, games and presents you have brought with you to the already decorated party room. 10.00am - Go back to the visitor centre to meet your guests. 10.15am - Explore the farm or gardens with your party leader. Undertaking 1 hour of themed activities. 11.15am - Head back to the party room with your party leader for music, games and cake. We provide music and games but do bring your own if you wish. Please bring your own party food and cake, unless pre-ordered with us. 12.15pm - Pack up all your goodies and go to the farm or head home.

Afternoon Party 1.45pm - 4.00pm - 1.30pm Birthday family meet your activity leader outside the Visitor Centre, Take any food, cakes, games and presents you have brought with you to the already decorated party room. 1.45pm - Go back to the visitor centre to meet your guests. 2.00pm - Explore the farm or gardens with your party leader. Undertaking 1 hour of themed activities. 3.00pm - Head back to the party room with your party leader for music, games and cake. We provide music and games but do bring your own if you wish. Please bring your own party food and cake, unless pre-ordered with us. 4.00pm - Pack up all your goodies and go to the farm or head home.

Additional Information

• Entrance to the farm is included for 15 adults. Additional adults will be charged at the standard entrance rate (valid memberships can be used.)
• Any accompanying children (i.e. younger siblings) not taking part in the party will be charged at the standard entrance rate (valid memberships can be used). Please note accompanying children will not be permitted to take part in any activities.
• Morning party guests can remain on the farm after the party finishes at 12.15pm until closing time (4.00pm wintertime/5.00pm summertime)
• Afternoon party guests can spend all morning at the farm if they wish (the farm opens at 10am). Party guests need to check in with the reception team at the Visitor Centre upon arrival and ensure that they return to the Visitor Centre at the party start time of 1.45pm. Please provide us with a list of your party guests.
• Food and cake are not included in the party price, this is an additional extra. You may bring your own food and cake. Please remember to bring your own plates, cups, candles etc as this will not be provided.
• If booking party lunch boxes or cake as an additional bolt on, please advise us of any dietary requirements. Plates, cups, candles etc. will be provided with this bolt on option.
• The party room will be decorated for you. You are welcome to add your own decorations but please do not use balloons on site.
• We will provide a Bluetooth speaker. Please play your own music if you wish.
• We will provide a range of giant games such as Jenga and connect 4. Please bring additional games / party games if you wish.
• You must vacate the party room at the end of the party session.
• Parking is free to all farm visitors. Party guests will need to collect the parking code from the Visitor Centre when leaving to enter into the pay machine.
• Payment is required in full when booking to secure your party. Please note provisional bookings cannot be taken. Parties are non-refundable if cancelled within 28 days of your booking.
• Parties will not be cancelled due to inclement weather but activities may be substituted on the day.
