Fun and learning for home educated children in our beautiful Gardens. These primary school sessions will include hands-on activities, games, crafts, and learning with topics changing each week (check website).

1-hour sessions led by the Education team.

Booking is essential and all children must be accompanied by an adult.

• 5th October 2026: Mapping Our Adventure - Building confidence through navigation and outdoor challenges
• 12th October 2026: Discover and Imagine (Archaeology part 1) - Learn how our Stone Age ancestors lived as you handle our collection of real and replica Stone Age artefacts. Please plan to attend both sessions
• 19th October 2026: Dig and Discover (Archaeology part 2) - Continuing archaeological exploration at our dig as you find real and replica artefacts. Please plan to attend both sessions

Booking is essential and all children must be accompanied by an adult. Given a week’s notice, we will do our best to make provision for your child’s specific educational, medical, physical, or behavioural needs. Please email the team HillierGardens.education@hants.gov.uk

Member price: £8.50 (for 1 adult & 1 child)

Non-member price: £21.50 per child (includes garden admission for one accompanying non-member adult
